Potato Corner Los Angeles is targeted to open this July 2009 at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. It will positioned for the high end and mainstream market. The Master Licence for the whole Los Angeles County was granted to the group of Amit Neman and Guy Koren, both residents of Bevery Hills, Los Angeles, California. Potato Corner Global Limited, the International company of Cinco Corporation (owner and operator of the brands Potato Corner and Bamboo Asia Bar and Grill) is giving a 10 store target within a year for their group to acquire the Master License for the State of California. Highlighted in this USA development will be the "Ceremony" that is unique to and started by Potato Corner, this is the "shaking" of the flavors to their French Fries to add the spices. Other Potato varieties will also be part of the Los Angeles menu.
