1) What do you look for in a potential Franchisee?
A potential franchisee must be willing to : a. invest money b. find a good location for the unit c. follow set standards

A potential franchisee/dealer should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the commitment to push sales of Cinco products.

2) How can I apply for a franchise?
A potential franchisee can inquire about the details of franchising via telephone, fax, email, and personal visit.

The potential franchisee should provide the following requirements in order to facilitate the application process: Letter of Intent to Franchise (LOI), Resume/Bio-data, pictures and location map of proposed site/s.

Requirements should be submitted to CINCO CORPORATION's Head Office located at No. 869 Katarungan St., Barangay Plainview, Mandaluyong City , or via email, fax or personal visit.

3) How much is the franchise fee? What are the inclusions in the Franchise agreement?

4) When does the franchisee have to pay the fee?
Once a franchise application is approved, the franchisee needs to sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the required franchise package fee.

5) How long does it take to open the shop?
The business development process takes around 3 to 4 weeks. This includes processing of applications, site selection and construction of the cart, equipment and materials preparation and training.

6) How many units can a single franchisee own?
A single franchisee can own multiple units for as long as they can pay the necessary fees for the said units and observe the standard operation procedures set by Cinco Corporation

7) Where can a franchisee locate the Shop?
It can be located in high foot traffic areas. They can sell in schools, malls, bazaars and during special events.

In cases wherein the unit is located within a building which has a potential for expansion within or around the said location, the franchisee is given the right of first refusal to proposals which shall arise in the future.

8) What are the dimensions of the cart and area requirement?
The cart has the following dimensions:

Standard Cart:
- Height : 2.10 meters
- Width : .80 meters
- Length : 1.90 meters

School Cart:
- Height : 2.10 meters
- Width : .60 meters
- Length : 1.22 meters

Minimum Area requirement: 2.5 m. x 2.5 m.

9) How much can a franchisee earn?
A franchisees' profitability depends highly on where the cart is located. Gross margin is estimated at 50%. In order for a franchisee to recoup his/her expenses (cost of goods, rental, depreciation, utilities and labor), he/she needs to sell about P3, 500 per day ( with the assumption that rental is at P15, 000 per month).

10) What kind of training will the Franchisee receive?
The franchisee and his/her manpower pool will be trained by Cinco Corporation with regard to basic cart operation and product handling . Cinco Corporation will also provide on loan a Manual detailing the standard operations to serve as guideline to the franchisee/dealer and his/her employees.

11) What type of assistance will be provided to a franchisee?
Aside from providing basic operation and product handling, Cinco Corporation may assist the franchisee/dealer in local store marketing and product development.

12) Who will be responsible in the recruitment and training of the personnel?
The franchisee shall source, screen and select the required personnel. For cart operation, a minimum of one (1) person per shift is required.

Cinco Corporation will conduct training programs which the franchisee and his/her personnel must personally attend and successfully complete before they will be allowed to operate and/or manage the unit.

13) What products will be sold in the outlet? At what price would the products be sold?
All approved products of Cinco Corporation brand.

A franchisee will not be allowed to sell any other food item other than those specified by Cinco Corporation.

Cinco Corporation will provide the standard price list of the products indicating the selling price to the consumers. Cinco Corporation shall dictate the prices of such products according to the targeted profitability rates that will provide reasonable returns to the franchisee/dealer.

14) How will you ensure product quality and standard of operations are being upheld?
Cinco Corporation will designate employees and agents who shall audit shop operations on the basis of approved standards on service, product quality, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, atmosphere, etc.
